She was very good. She's a great doctor and she's been so helpful. And as of far as right now, I would not change anything.

I love Marissa Boggs and I am glad that she is one of my health care providers. And yes, I would recommend her to anybody. She's very understanding, very caring, and she gets the point across where you can understand what she's talking about. And if you don't, she'll do it again so that you can understand. Thank you.

It was raining when I arrived so I decide to utilize Valet Parking. I pulled up, walked to the Attendant to hand over my vehicle and was asked to get back in my car, drive to a parking deck, and ride the shuttle back to the spot where I was standing. I was told they weren't Valet Parking then because, "it's raining and we don't want to get wet". They weren't rude or ugly acting. They just refused to do their jobs because it was raining. Is Valet Parking closed when raining? If so, UAMS needs to put up a sign to that effect. So I returned to my car, drove to the parking deck, didn't see the shuttle, took my umbrella out of my car, walked up hill in the rain to the spot where I had been standing, went in to the building, and to my appointment. I guess I've been confused about the meaning of Valet Parking for my entire life. Oh well, I didn't melt. I'm not as sweet and delicate the parking attendants.

You know, as a person, I like Dr. Boggs, but she doesn't listen very well. And then if there's questions, she just kind of might answer them, kind of give her own opinion without much facts. I've been on Majora for a while and a pretty good dose. I've lost 50 pounds. But when I stand up or when I climb a ladder, I get very lightheaded and almost pass out. And I told her and she's like, well, your body's probably just getting used to it. But I wasn't told, yes, that's one of the side effects or no, that's not normal or, you know, hey, we should probably look into it. But it was kind of just blown off. And to me, that seems to be kind of serious because it's been ongoing, steady for two weeks and I told her this. So it concerns me.

Marissa Boggs provides the best diabetic care I have ever had at UAMS, the 3rd floor lab, however, was overcrowded and the front desk person didn't even look up when I when I walked in. I much prefer the lobby lab in the cancer bldg next door. Other than that I'm pleased with UAMS, and again, Marissa is terrific.

Marissa Boggs,APRN, is very knowledgeable & will explore different treatment options making the patient fell confident there's a provider who listens &cares about her patient's overall health! She helped me with getting diabetic medication from a pharmaceutical company's patient assistance program which significantly controlled my Blood Glucose Levels and lowered my A1C to a level I've never experienced! Marissa Boggs make referrals to providers to coordinate my care & overall health care needs. I am grateful to have Marissa Boggs as my provider!!
