Newborns with transient low blood sugar may have lower literacy and math achievement test scores in fourth grade, according to researchers from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston in a report published online today in the journal JAMA Pediatrics.
