Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Baptist Health, St. Bernards Healthcare, The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and Washington Regional Medical System today announced the formation of The Partnership for a Healthy Arkansas, a Shared Services Organization.
