UAMS Receives $1.3 Million from Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Blue & You Foundation to Establish Chair, Expand Programs

Feb. 9, 2015 |The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences’ (UAMS) today announced grants totaling $1.3 million from Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield and its Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas. The grants endow a chair in primary care and expand dental and interprofessional education programs at UAMS.

March 6, 2012 | The Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas has awarded $150,000 to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) to help develop strategies for a long-range plan for dental education that would ultimately include a state College of Dentistry.
