Angels in Disguise

was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor at the age of 11. At the time, she didn’t even know what cancer was. Her medical treatment included radiation therapy at the UAMS Cancer Institute.
Korey’s father said that UAMS clinicians were angels in disguise. He stated UAMS was, “performing awesome miracles” in helping care for Korey and her family. “It’s phenomenal.”
“We’re just very thankful for UAMS at giving us this huge shot at life.”
