Angi McDaniel Promoted to Associate Director of Marketing

She will direct day-to-day operation of the creative division and supervise a staff of graphic artists, photographers and videographers. McDaniel will also provide assistance to the director of marketing in the creative development of marketing materials and serve as an account executive in developing and supervising work for clients.

McDaniel started at UAMS in 2007 as production manager for the creative division, and was promoted to director in 2010. She became director of client services in 2013.

McDaniel earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas and her master’s from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She has worked in the communications and public relations profession since 2001, including nearly five years in the UALR Office of Communications as graphics project manager and director of printing services. In 2006, McDaniel became creative services manager at Heifer International, a position she held until coming to UAMS in 2007.
