Psychiatrist Gregory Krulin, M.D., Joins UAMS Sleep Clinic
| LITTLE ROCK —Gregory Krulin, M.D., a psychiatrist, has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and sees patients at the UAMS Sleep Clinic in west Little Rock.
Krulin is also an associate professor in the UAMS College of Medicine. He received a medical degree from UAMS in 1974 then served an internship and residency in psychiatry at UAMS.
He went on to serve as an emergency room physician for Ouachita Memorial Hospital in Camden; a psychiatric consultant for the Arkansas Department of Correction and Southeast Arkansas Mental Health Clinic, both in Pine Bluff; and a staff psychiatrist for Fort Roots Veterans Administration Hospital in North Little Rock. After that he was in private practice in psychiatry and later sleep medicine, he was medical director of the Sleep Disorder Center at St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center, and in private practice with the Arkansas Sleep Institute and then Sleep Clinic of Arkansas.
He joined the UAMS College of Medicine in 1983, serving as an instructor and assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry before becoming associate professor in April 2012. He is a member of the American Sleep Disorders Society, the Arkansas Medical Society and the Pulaski County Medical Society. From 1990 to 1991, Krulin served as president of the Arkansas Psychiatric Society
