They join existing life members Jo Ellen Ford, Frances D. Shackelford, Jane McGehee Wilson and Ed Dell Wortz.

Life members of the UAMS Foundation Fund Board are nominated based on leadership, philanthropy and cumulative service contributions for the benefit of the UAMS mission.

“On behalf of the students, staff, faculty and alumni of UAMS, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to these individuals for all of their efforts – volunteering their time, investing their resources, and advocating in their communities to further the education, health care, research and outreach programs that UAMS is uniquely positioned to provide,” said Lance Burchett, executive director of the UAMS Foundation Fund Board and vice chancellor of development and alumni affairs.

“We are honored that they have accepted life membership on the board of directors, and we look forward to their continued partnership, leadership, guidance and support.”
