UAMS Sets August Computer Classes for People 50 and Up
| LITTLE ROCK – Introduction to Computers will be taught in August for people ages 50 and older at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Donald W. Reynolds Institute on Aging.
Beginning on Monday, Aug. 1 the Introduction to Computers class will be held every Monday and Wednesday in August from noon – 2 p.m.
The monthly cost is $40 per course for individuals and $65 for couples. An optional textbook is $15. The program is administered by SeniorNet, a nonprofit volunteer group.
