UAMS Sets July Computer Classes for People 50 and Up
| LITTLE ROCK – Internet, Graphics and Exploring Windows 7 will be taught in June for people ages 50 and older at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Donald W. Reynolds Institute on Aging.
Classes begin July 5. They are:
• Internet, Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
• Graphics, Mondays and Wednesdays, noon – 2 p.m.
• Exploring Windows 7, Tuesdays and Thursdays, noon – 2 p.m.
The monthly cost is $40 per course for individuals and $65 for couples. An optional textbook is $15. The program is administered by SeniorNet, a nonprofit volunteer group.
